The ISA Training Facility was founded in order to provide athletes with a comprehensive training program aimed towards developing the fitness needs that are specific to their sport (or sports) of choice.
For some, their sport specific needs may necessitate a focus on the development of strength and power for use on the football field. Basketball players may find that their primary need is that of speed and agility. Others may find that their fitness needs revolve around developing a high capacity of cardiovascular endurance for running a marathon.
Our training methods focus on the use of highly functional, multi-joint, free-weight and bodyweight movements that carry over to both sport specific tasks and everyday life. Combined with an open architecture fitness model, our training programs are designed to be both scalable and adaptable, allowing our trainers to successfully provide quality coaching and instruction to athletes of varying levels and fitness needs.
